Massive message text?

Hi, I've been using MPE every day for years and love it. However, i start up today and when on the message screen, when i move the mouse over the name of who sent the messge, the message is displayed in a box filling the whole screen in a massive font! The only thing that i've changed, is my computer needed to install an aribic language file for an email i'd been sent?
