Upload of contacts from Excel

I have a list of 100 contacts which I am looking to upload from Excel. I understand that is not possible unless the file is conversted into a format like Csv. Once I do that I lose the formating of the mobile phone numbers since all numbers beyond a certain number of digits get converted into the exponential format. Please help. Naveen

Its possible to import CSV-Files into MyPhoneExplorer. Choose rightclick->Import/Export in the contactslist.

Cause the Excel-Problem: mark the numbers->righclick->Cell format... -> tell Outlook that the content should be handled as Text and not as number
