Phone stolen - is it possible to retrieve IMEI from Backup ?

Hi I just lost my phone and I think someone has now removed the SIM and is using the phone. I have 2 backup files from the software is it possible to retrieve the IMEI Number of the Phone from the backup file in anyway if i send you the file? Thanks a lot FJ Soft you have a really good software, how you will be able to help me. Thanks

Hi,

check your "general.ini". I found an entry "last user". The value of this parameter should be the IMEI number of your phone.

I tried looking for the file but couldn't find it...can you please guide me? I checked in the Program folder>myphoneexplorer> but nothing in there...I'm running Vista Home Prem edition ...help??

Look at C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer

<USERNAME> is your windows user
