It is working properly, the error msg comes when the telephone number does not have an entry in the internet database lookup.

I don't think so. Some people are not registred correctly - f.e. only the name and no address. In this case the Script is not able to resolve the result. This happens for 0,03% of the requests, so there is no need to fix it.

I try to lookup a number in my contacts at it fails with

NOT_MATCHED "

Even on addresses that I looked up earlier, including my own.
