decrypt sms archive

Dear All,

I used MyPhoneExplorer 1.6.7. It used to be okay.
I can encrypt and then the decrypt mydata saved on computer.
But now, after I reinstall my OS, the sms archive that I encrypted before
cannot be decrypted anymore.
It used to be okay before. I reinstalled my OS once before,
and it has no problem before.
Why is my sms archive cannot be decrypted this time?

Did you change the password or did you have another password on the old system ?
Did you disable the Cryptography-Service on the new PC ?

I don't remember. But I think it should be the same password.
Is it have a relation with the problem I have now?
Cryptography-Service? What's that?

Thats not good. The files are crypted with the selected password. Wrong password = not possible to decrypt the file.

Cryptography-Service? What's that?

- Open Start-Run
- type in services.msc, then enter
- search in the list for Cryptographic service and check if the service is running
