Contacts are missing

I'm not sure how to regenerate this error of contacts going missing from my phone book of C905. Most likely is after the sync and I realised few contacts missing. Been happening few times when I thought probably I accidentally deleted them.

Were are they missing ? In the phone or in MyPhoneExplorer ?

I believe what I done was i Create Backup. Then when I restore Backup, few went missing from both phone and MPE.

No idea if any link to the Contactspicture. Anyway I used back the older sync method.
