Connecting / detecting my Xperia

I just discovered your lovely programme but seem to have a problem connecting.

When I use a usb cable, a message pops up saying no phone detected. The same happens when I attempt to connect via bluetooth. This happens even though the phone registers on my computer when connected.

Is there anything I can to do resolve this problem? Or is my phone not compatible?

The XPeria is a WindowsMobile phone and cause of this its not supported from MyPhoneExplorer.
