Sent message issue

Beitrag von Jess »

Hi
I'm stil usin MPE 1.7.1 as i downloaded 1.7.2 but whnevr i refreshed the msg in MPE,all the time even the manually punched time,in the sent(MPE) used to show'no indication'.It was a bit of trouble as I cudnt make out easliy as which were stamped and which were left to be stamped.

Is the prob rectified in 1.7.3 as 1.7.1 also has this thing but it takes more refresh clicks to do the discussed issue.(I dont even knw its actualy a prob or not but it bugged me to an extent)

Secondly kindly tel me how can i put folder locks to my w580i.as most ppl gt confuse with the 'C' key in sony wich ends up in accidentaly deleting the content in the phbk or msgs.

Thirdly,i knw u r stickin for SE phones only, any plans for Samsung??if yes then how much i wd wait, els suggest me a third party whch is as gd as MPE as evn their NPS is nt as gd as an MPE.
Lastly,MPE is an AMAZING FREEWARE,even worth paid.
Thanks for patience for bearing my long post.
Waiting for your reply.

I tested this behavior often before i released v1.7.3, but it worked always for me. Does it happen on EVERY refresh ? Which phone you are using ?

PS.: No plans to support other brands

Time of sent messages are not recorded using MPE

Hi there.

I also have a similar problem; however I'm using 1.7.3 and still find that no matter how many times I press refresh with my Sony Ericsson w850i connected to my PC, it still doesn't show the time/date of the sent message. Instead it writes, "No indication."

How can I rectify this?

Your help WOULD BE SO VERY APPRECIATED.

Thanks!

Apologies. I just checked your other posts and it seems that it's not possible to get the time stamp of the sms (for sent messages). ARGH.

well.... 500 sent messages to cull through....

long day. :)

Thanks again. GREAT WORK ON THE FREEWARE SOFTWARE. Some days, one thinks, "gee the internet is actually kinda useful and not a blackhole sucking my time." :0).

Cheers!
