Logfile does not help in this case. There is one single API-Call to the Symbian-Connect-Runtime which fails. There is no way to make this call in another way.

Sync could not be initialized - 2147467263 The requested device does not support this operation.
This message occurs at attempt of synchronization of the telephone book. At first with synchronization of problems was not. Now synchronization does not work.
Yesterday all worked as a charm, today NOT.
Coincidence or what..?? There were two new sync-profiles on the phone: MPE something and one with a random line of letters - deleted these, and now I am back up and running.
MyPhoneExplorer does not handle any sync-profiles on the phone. MPE just does a SyncML-Sync which mean that MPE tells the Phone "Here is MyPhoneExplorer IDnr xxx, please give me the changed entries". The phone itself creates a profile or file which saves the changed IDs for the requestion SyncML-Server (in this case MPE works as Server).
If it does work correctly without profile in the phone then i would not change anything. But if you have problems then i can advise you how to change the ID of MyPhoneExplorer so the phone would detect MPE as new application.
