MyPhoneExplorer can already fire customized commands when a message arrives or on other tasks. I think its possible to integrate growl yourself with the commandline script: http://www.growlforwindows.com/gfw/help ... otify.aspx

Its german, maybe you use GoogleTranslate or you ask if its not clear for you.

Would be nice for testing and debugging if the event handler execution would leave some trace in the Debug.txt file!
Also, when successfully sending an sms, there's still a balloon popup which doesn't seem to be effected by the notification setting and it doesn't have an event handler defined.
Anyway, just found your app yesterday and I love it!
