synch

when sychchronising the messages it will not download to the programme any messages
Also the clock will not synchronise, and the memory status will not show the messages saved which is probably related.
Any suggestions

sms not registering with the software adding another user on "myphone explorer" everything works correctly so it seems it could be the phone

- Windows version WinXP-SP2,

Tried on 2 different computers and it seems to be the phone being the problem not the software , but any suggestions still appreciated

How many messages are on the phone ? Please post the logfile again after you tried download the messages.
