how to import csv files? to w 810

Hi there,
I have a csv file of my old phone contacts generated by my last phone, motorola razr, which i lost. So i have to get the csv into my new phone which is a w810i.

It seems to recognise the w810 but i don't know how to import

connect the phone up and go to the contacts section. click the white space and choose import/export and choose import.

My school offers to export their calendar as a csv files, but I dont have outlook to sync it with, any help here? I'm using a K700
