Cannot sync phonebook and organizer

Hi
everytime i try to synchronise the phonebook or the organizer an error occurs saying "Connection Lost", but it works fine with calls and messagers.

i am using SE G900, win XP, MPE 1.7.2 and connecting via the USB cable.

anyway to solve this problem?
