Bug Report with latest version
This bug is with the images. I will explain what happens. I open up multimedia messages and save the pictures out of them. Once i do that, I use MPE to copy them over from my phone to my computer. It will work at first but after i do it so long, it will start to mess up and MPE will crash every time I try to transfer a photo or open a photo. actually im pretty sure it crashes when i try to do anything with a photo. If I reinstall MPE, it works fine until it randomly hits the bug. I never had problems with this in any other version
Download and install this patch from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... 662F5F62FE
Don't forget to give me feedback -> also if this fixed the problem.

I have ran into another bug and it has only happened since I installed the patch, but I do not know if the patch is causing it.
Heres the problem...
I sync my phone to MPE and it doesn't show all the text messages that are on my phone. I will go to inbox/sent and press the sync button and it will show all but a few of the more recent text messages. If I look on my phone, i can see the message, but it doesn't show up on MPE. This seems to be more with the sent than inbox, but has happened to me on both i believe. Also, I'll click CTRL+A then move all from phone(which copies all messages over then deletes them from my phone). It deletes the messages that are not showing up on my phone too, but doesn't show them in my archive

nope, its just regular. I've been using your program over over a year and I've never had this problem before on any other MPE version.
I have a w580i at&t branded, firmware version R8BE001. Like I stated earlier I am on Vista(home premium 32bit and up to date) and my phone is connect via bluetooth.
I also want to add that this problem is intermittent so I have yet to be able to reproduce the bug consistently.

I installed the latest version 1.7.2. Like I said, I never encountered this bug in previous versions using the same phone.
EDIT: A thought just occured to me that the "no indication" for the time could be causing the problem. It appears that it is loading the last few message but just randomly putting them in the list, while all of the others that are sent appear in the same order as on my phone. I'll experiment with this some more.
Also is there a limit on the number of messages that MPE will import (eg 500)?

Thank you for the logfile.
I found no problems in the log. MPE sends the command for read-out, the phone sends the list of messages and all PDU-Lines were parsed without any error.
Could it be that you are just not able to find the messages cause they have no timestamp ? Please use the search-filter for a missing message to ensure that its really not displayed in MPE. Its not possible to read out the timestamp of a sent message - thats not fixable as you can read in the FAQ.
