W302 phone sync problem

The following error appears when trying to use MyPhoneExplorer with the W302 phone: "Obex protocol could not be initialized! OBEX Error:" (no error code is shown). Can the W302 Sony Ericsson phone be used with MyPhoneExplorer?

Thank you for your response and for pointing out the search facility. I'll have to upgrade to a phone with software support - I think the C510 has that. Thanks again.
