I absolutely love this software, the ability to send text messages via laptop is just amazing and then the archiving and many many other features provided
However, I was wondering if there is a way you could make something similar to mail merge. Not too exhaustive, but at least the ability to insert contact names as variables. This would be useful if we want to send personalised SMS to many contacts. Instead of writing a generic SMS, we could put a message like
Dear <var> .......... and the <var> could be replaced by the Contact's Name (firstname preferably). Its just a thought coz I keep sending a lot of wishes during festive occasions and making it more personalised would have a better impact. I dunno how easy or difficult this is... but its a feature i thought would be really cool
