Frame for actual date in week view

Hallo again! I have said it before and I say it again: a wonderful software. I use it every day. Thank you so much for the week view i calendar. its very useful for me.

I have one small request: In month view there is a red frame for the actual today-date. I find it very useful and would be happy if you could create the same kind of frame in week view. It would also be useful with some kind of button wich automatically marks the actual today-date when you hit on it.

Red frame -> will be done in next update
There is already a small Today-button on top left

When the frame is there it will be more obvious that the dot between the arrows is a today-button /Daniel
