You still need Admin-Rights to install MyPhoneExplorer.
If you are sure that you were already had Admin-Rights then:
Open the registry-editor (regedit.exe) and check if the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Licenses does exist. If not -> create it

the matter is that I work for the user account with administrator rights, and this error appeared only in this version of the program in earlier versions of such error was not
This version of setup checks the registry for a permission-problem which happened to some users with SP3. If you could install myPhoneExplorer 1.7.1 without problems then you also can install v1.7.2 . The message comes not directly from the setup, its a small tool - if you just enter this message it should work anyway (in the case that it also worked with earlier versions)
