Anyway to use Keyboard Input in J2ME Apps?

Hey the keyboard function works all cool in text messages and stuff...
but its not functioning in any Java apps.... is it because of a problem of my phone and PC or has it not being implemented?

If you can please include it... i would love to chat in e-buddy using my PC keyboard + play games as well

I have no control about when its working or not. But it should work if the Java-App has the focus on a String-Inputfield.
