Failure to read pictures/files from P1i

When i try to download pictures from my P1i for some of my contacts or simply to store as a Backup i receive the following error, can you please help:

'SCOM Error: 2147024809 Failed to get I.P. address for requested service'

It is necessary to close this window twice then i receive the following error:

'The file list could not be loaded'

Maybe a Firewall-Problem. It has nothing to do with MyPhoneExplorer, the original PC-Suite will also doesn't work i think.
