Maybe it's a very stupid question, but I did not find any help in the form or your site. I have an LG KU800 phone and I would like to save my messages and contacts to my PC. Unfortunatelly the official LG softwares cannot do this.... I have found your program and it seems to be very good. It is recognize the connected LG phone but after that it is freeze. Maybe because your program does not support LG's phone, or there is something else.
