New Chat Feature

I must say, I absolutely LOVE the new "chat" feature you've implemented! (I just upgraded to most recent version)

Any plans on adding the smilies into this window? And is there a way to deactivate or change the sounds it makes when I send/receive a message?

Smilies are not planned cause its a littlebit difficult to implement.

I did many changes for the chatwindow in the upcoming version so that its behavior gets better.

I love the chat feature, I miss the history of the chat.

If you use MSN and have history turned on you would know what i'm talking about, because msn shows last lines from the last time you talked to a person.

Could the program display last 10 or 5 old messages into chat window as "history of the chat" from previous messages?

I'm also missing the char counter (or a simple 160char limiter) so i don't accidentially send 2 messages.

A complete chatview is not possible cause the timestamp of sent messages is not readable if the message was not sent with MPE.

I also love the chat feature, but when I send a message in chat, a windows pops up that says Sending Message. My message won't send until I focus on that Send Message window. Is that normal?

Thats not normal - this window should be only visible in taskbar and it sends automatically. Is the window in normal mode or minimizted if you send messages via chat ?

Once I send the message in chat, the Send Messages window is minimized.
