wrong calendar time

Hey- I'm trying to use this software to sync my google calendar with my W580. All the appointments show up as five-six hours later on the phone calendar than the google calendar when I sync. Both phone and calendar are set to GMT-8, and I've sync'd the phone's time to the computer already (also GMT-8).
What gives?

In Google-calendar there are two diffrent timezone-settings. One global setting and one timezone-setting for each calendar. Please check this
