This just started out of the blue.
No longer will sent messages from "mpe" register in sent messages, received messages not a problem.
Any ideas anybody

using a k800i , "sent message" in phones sent message but will not syc with mpe sent messages, even though appears done the syncFJ hat geschrieben:You cannot read out sent messages from phone or sent messages with MPE are not saved in the phone ?
Which phone do you use ?
Even when send a message from mpe , the message is physically sent but does not register in th programme

Have 2 phones with 2 accounts on myphone explorer, one of the phones works perfectly, whilst the other when texting from myphone explorer does not put text in sent messages and if one texts from the phone, sync adds the text in sent messages but wuth no date indication

I got the logfiles - could not find a fail-usage.
It could also be a very simple solution: On the bottom of the window for new messages there is a checkbox which allows you to save sent items also in the sent-folder of the phone. Normally this is enabled, but maybe you disabled it - MyPhoneExplorer remembers this setting if you enabled or disabled the setting.
Cause of the missing timestamps - please read the FAQ.
