error: phone could not be identified ~ SE w960i

hi, i just downloaded the new version and when i try to connect using bluetooth, it says error phone not found. My bluetooth is available on com13 and that is what i have set under option on MyPhoneE. but while identifying, the progress bar freezes in the middle and then gives the error. Any help would be appreciated. I have a SE e960i btw.

If you are using a Symbian-Phone from SE please note: Its needed to install the PC-Suite first and the connection with MyPhoneExplorer is only possible throught USB-Cable.
