Outlook sync features

Hi,
I looked around at the site, but couldn't find a single place where all MyPhoneExplorer features are listed.
I'm wondering about several features:
i.e., will photos be synced with Outlook or Google? Birthday dates? How will calendar reminds be synced?

There exists no complete featurelist.

- Contactphotos are NOT synced to Outlook and also not to Google.
- Birthdays are synced with Outlook, but Google has no field for the birthday
