Cant connect to phone

HI..can anyone help....my main computer has broke and I am on an old one....I need to back up my phone so have the lastest MY PHONE EXPLOERE but can get it to work via USB...it used to on my new mcahine...it only gives me the option of COM1..(not sure of the baud rate should be...)....can anyone help me on this please...

Install the drivers and read the FAQ

If you want to copy the old data from the other PC then tell me if it was installed on XP or Vista so i can tell you where the files can be found.
