I ask this because most of my incoming messages at the moment are all one hour behind in MPE because some network operators in Australia haven't adjusted their time to daylight saving time. So I have to go through the PDU files manually and add an extra hour to each message, once I finally got my head around reading a piece of PDU code!
So something that can easily edit the time stamps of incoming messages would be very handy!
Even if you were to create a simple beta version of such a thing, that could be available through a forum topic for users who have a similar issues to me. Anyhow up to you.
