I have got a new phone. And I want to take everything from the old phone and move it to the new.
I have tried to do a securitycopy from my old phone and a thought that I only had to send it to the new. But when I do that the computer say its the wrong phone!
I Have also tried to right click on the securitycopy and "Send to " and " my phones" but even if I have my new phone in my computer it says that I dont Have any phone conected.
Before you can restore the backup you have to create a working connection to your new phone. If you are using the USB-Cable don't forget to install the drivers for it. Then choose in MyPhoneExplorer Menu-Settings-Search phone.
