Using the command line, how can I automatically save the downloaded call logs to my PC (especially in .csv or .txt file)?

There is no commandline for fileexport.
The only way would be to save the datafile which MyPhoneExplorer uses. %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\<phone and IMEI>\Calls.dat
