Messages stored in folder in P1i are not visible nor downloaded

Thats correct. there is no possibility to read out the messages of userdefined folders

I've just lately played with bloove (www.bloove.com), which allows you to sync your contacts & messages on your P1i to the internet.

It's able to read user-defined folders. Just mentioning it here, so you're aware of an option, and also that other solutions are able to read u/d folders.

I love MPE though... just been using it a day, and it's simply BRILLIANT

Bloove.com has writen a own clientapplication which gets installed in the mobile. Cause of this its possible to get more informations/entrys in the phone. MyPhoneExplorer is a PC-Application and i force to work it with "native phones" - without extra software to install on the phone.
