Accidentally restored phone backup file.

Regarding the title above, while I was supposed to sync the program with my phone, I wrongly pressed restore phone backup. Now, all my recent contacts, calenders, notes, etc. are restored back to the previous data based on my last backup file. Is there any way to revert it back? Which means, undo restoration of the backup file. Thanks in advance to whoever out there whose able to give me some help. Cheers.

Sorry, there is no way for undo cause i thought its not needed since you get the backup-restore window which tells you that the backup will be restored.

Sigh. I thought it would have a undo button. I tried system restore but that did not worked. =/ Heh. Guess I'll just have to get back my data manually. Thanks for the quick reply. Cheers.
