sent sms not saving date

When I upload all my SMS messages from my k800 to MPE the dates for sent SMS messages do not show up, they give 'no indication'.

This problem only occurs with sent messages but not with received messages, which show the date and time perfectly well.
When I save the messages to archive the sent messages give the date sent as the date that I archived them

Can anyone shed light as to why this is happening?
