"+" lost after synch

I've synched w850i with MSOutlook2003 through MPE 1.63 - in result; all the phone #s lost "+" sign in the begining of the number. I've fixed most of it maually, but affraid that it will be lost again after synch, what should i do to keep pluses at place? Thank you.

You have to set your own country in Outlook otherwise Outlook will remove the +-Sign. You should find it in Control panel-Phone and Modemoptions
