It seems that SPort.dll is already in use. Did you close MPE before updating ?

Does the file exist on your PC ? If yes - who is the producer of the file (take a look at the properties)

It seems that this file doesn't exist on my PC (showing hidden files), ¿it's a windows system file or i need to get it from somewhere?

Its included in the Setup of MPE but it seems that the Setup is not able to create files in the system32-Directory. Can you copy files manually in this folder ?

Of Course, im logged as administrator but copying a SPort.dll (downloaded from internet, it seems that is a W95 Wallpaper ¿?) still doesn't work...

No - its not a wallpaper and you cannot find it in the www.
You are not ably to copy any file into your system32-Directory ? Then there musst be something wrong with your Admin-Permissions i think

No! when i said "Of Course, im logged as administrator" i mean that i can copy/modify any file on any folder, that cannot be the problem.
Edit: Sorry if i cannot explain correctly, i'm Spanish and i'm doing all i can to write a good English.

You told one post before that its not possible for you to copy SPort.dll in the systenm32-Folder. I will send you the right file via mail. Copy it into the Systemfolder and run the Setup again so that the file gets registred. You can then ignore the errormessage - the setup will register the existing file.

Copyed SPort.dll to System32, restarted instalation, shows same error, ignored it, then start the app, still the same problem...
Screenshot with dll in the right place and the error message:

Thats not good.
What happens if you Drag&Drop the file to regsvr32.exe ?
Why it happens only on your PC ? There are thousands of users which already installed MPE on Vista. Anything special on your PC ?

The threads you linked are very old. MPE v1.7 uses another SPort.dll inbetween and it uses also another way to install it.
I've tried that solution (the first one) and RegSvr32 tell me that was sucsess, but the app still don't wanna start.
Did you gat maybe runtimeerror 429 or still the same error ?
