MyPhoneExplorer doesn`t recognise my se s500i

Please, someone help me... MyPhoneExplorer doesn`t recognise my s500i. I put it in Phone mode, not in file transfer. I`ve got usb connection (I do not have bluetooth on my computer) Can someone, please, help me? I need to do some urgent back-up of all files, messages and phonebook contacts.

Did you install the usb-drivers? Did you also read the Faq?
