Calling from PC with headphones and mic

Hi.

I have W300i connected to my PC with USB cable (or bluetooth - depends which computer). And now I wanted to make call without touching my phone - I got headphones wit microphone connected to my computer and I wanted to use them to make/answer calls. Is that possible..?
