Time stamp problem with some messages transfered to archive

Hello, I have recently started using my phone exploerer to copy all messages from my phone to the archive although occaionally I find that the time stamp of a message is lost in the process. When this hapens the the time that a message was transfered to the archive is used instead of the sent/recieved time and this is shown in red; I have shown this in the below image:



This stops me reading through all messages in the correct order as some show the 'transfered to archive' time which does cause an inconvinience to me.

Could somebody please suggest how to restore the actual sent/recieved time (even if it consists of me manually setting the time of the file which would be acceptable as I can guess an approximate time)
