Sync T610 phonebook - OBEX error pnone not responding

Problem occurs after 1.6.7 upgrade. Can connect to the phone using USB via COM4. CAn synch the SIM pronebook and monitor mode works well. When I attempt to synch the Phone phonebook the application hangs up, abort hangs up or I get the OBEX - phone not responding error message. What can I do to resolve?

Which connection (USB, Bluetooth, IrDA)?
