SMS not Displaying

I am using W810i Mobile, i was trying to refresh the SMS messages from my mobile, it was trying to load the data from the SIM (not from phone) and no SMS are displayed.

How can i load the messages from my phone to MyPhoneExplorer.

The SIM-Messages are located in "Saved messages" in MyPhoneExplorer.

Whats exactly your problem ? Did you press the Refresh-Button on top left ? Can you see the SMS from the phone (not SIM) in myPhoneExplorer ?

No, i can't able to see the any messages from the phone,when i press the refresh button i got the following pop-up -> loading SMS from phone & loading SMS from SIM, nothing is loaded into MyPhoneExplorer inbox

I tried the following option also
1.Restarted the Mobile (Removing the battery for 2 mins...)

Memory status as follows
SMS (phone ): 146

The phone returns an error if MyPhoneExplorer want to read the messages. There is nothing i can do to change this behavior from a external software. Maybe it works if you delete some messages directly in the phone but its not sure.
