Bad synchronization with Outlook

In Outlook 2003, when I change a single event of a series, after synchronization, this event is not updated in the phone.
Does anybody know resolution? Thank you in advance

The phones of SE (or better the Sync-Interface) doesn't suppport exception in ruled events
