Doesn't update phonebook

When I try to update phonebook it only updates my SIMphonebook.
Doesn't work neither in Multisync or just update.

need help.

Sony Ericsson:W610i
OEM:Vista home premium
Connection: USB and Bluetooth

no none. it processes it like it's working but when done it's not there..

How many items are on the phone ?

dunno what's wrong. but i just worked around the problem by copying from my Sim book to the phinebook.
