Could not open COM4

I'm sorry but I couldn't find the solution here in the forum. Sorry for starting a new thread.

Anyway, Here's my problem. It was Ok before then suddenly this error always shows up.

Could not open COM4

What could be the problem? TIA..

Please try Menu-File-Settings-Search device

If no success then read the FAQ
If still no success then ask again and add some more information for us (phone-model, connection-type, Software-Version,...)

Tried that already but no good.

I remember unistalling SE PC Suite or something before this happened.

I already tried reinstalling the program..

This is the point. The PC-Suite removes also the drivers for your datacable. But its not neccesary to let the PC-Suite installed.

- Insert the CD you got with your phone
- connect your phone, choose "Phone mode"
- go to the windows devicemanager, if there are any items marked with a questionmark->rightclick->refresh driver
