Using myphoneexplorer to store sms

Beitrag von M »

Hi,

What I want to do is to be able to store most of my sms:es and be able to show them in the order they were sent/recieved.
Like an archive of conversations or a journal :)
I see one main problem and two minor with the use case.
Any idéas on if I could get around them?

1.) Even if I add time to some of my sent sms:es it does not seem to store. If I move them from inbox to archive or I recover from backup the dates are gone :(
Is it possible to add date to a sent message and make it stick?

2) I can not open and read an backup file unless I have my phone connected. So if I loose my phone the backup is useless?

3) If I change someones phonenumber all sms:es sent from that person are now just tagged with a number, not a name.

1) Just tried, the date gets not lost when you move the message to archive
2) Its possible, you can also import a backupfile into phonebook/organizer/sms-archive
3) Restart MyPhoneExplorer
