"Checking for maximum baud rate" freezes connectio

Hi and thanks for reading my post,

after Win XP Pro reinstall I experience problems that prevent me from using My P. Expl. 1.6.6.

I can connect to my phone via SE Suite.
When I connect to my k700 using My P. Expl. 1.6.6., the application freezes at this message box:

Searching phone...
Device found: K700 Series
Checking for maximum baud rate (256000)

After that, only hard reset helps.

Can anybody help, please?

Which type of Connection you use ?
DCU-11 = 155200
DSS-20/25 = 460200
Bluetooth = no matter which baudrate selected

I use DCU-11. It is the same cable that used to work before OS reinstall.

Set the Baudrate to 115200 and choose the port manually - shoul also work.

It worked!

file/options/connection/com port/com 3 DCU-11 (only available when plugged in)
file/options/connection/baud rate/115200

I can connect now. Many, many thanks!!!
