SIM change doesn't create a new account

I have my W800 phone and it works great. But my friend has an older Sony Ericsson phone with no connectity. I want to make a backup of his contacts. So I put his SIM card on my W800 and tried to create a new profile from the menu (I don't want contacts to get messed up!),

Is there any way to mannually create a new account, although I'm using the same phone (same IMEI?)

The most data are stored on the phone and not on the SIM - this is the reason why the profiles are IMEI-sensitive. But where is the problem ? Insert the SIM-Card of your friend and refresh the contacts of the SIM-Card. MyPhoneExplorer will download all entries. The same you can do after you inserted your own SIM-Card again.
