Google calendar syncing problem

I have a reoccuring event (every week) on my phone (T650) on sunday night at 7pm that lasts one hour. MPE recognizes this and it shows up correctly on the MPE calendar.

When I sync with google calendars, which has nothing at 7pm on sunday nights, I get two entries in google, one for saturday and one for sunday. MPE still shows sunday only. When I delete the one on saturday in google, it also deletes the one on sunday in google.

Where do you think the problem is?

If you open the propertys of the event in Google - do you see that it should raise Saturday AND Sunday - or is the issue just in the GUI of Google ?

I guess it's just in google's UI, because the edit info details are

"Weekly on Sunday, until May 1, 2008"

and only the Sunday box is checked.

However, when I create an event manually in google calendars of the same type and same repeat frequency, and then sync to the phone, everything works like it should.
