contacts synchro problem

hi I've got problem. I synchronised mob with PC, i've got a file phonebook.dat but I cannot upload it for my mobile.
also I cannot uplaod simcontacts.dat

any help for me please?
what should I do ?

I switched DAt for VCF and it works with phonebook, but still don't know what wt sim contacts

Those files are internal - where is the sense to open program-internal files ?

If you want to copy the whole storage please use Menu-Extras-Create backup / Restore backup
