If you ever develop the program so you can sync it to gmail contacts, please make sure that you make it so you can sync to a subfolder in gmail.
I dont want to sync every email address to my cell phone. I would just want the phone contacts I have
You could make a sub folder in gmail contacts and call it "phone contacts" and hopefully my phone explorer could just sync to that.
I would love to be able to sync my calandar and contacts to myphone exporer and have everything reside offsite and in one location. I use a laptop and a home computer and this would make it so much easier and safer (to prevent data loss).
I would also be nice if gmail let you import contacts into a certain folder. I know this is not your job, but I dont know who to contact to suggest this. This way you wouldnt have to go through the master list and move everything into a sub folder.
