Problem using Logitech MX900 bluetooth hub and Sony K810i

Hi, Bluetooth sync works fine with my Toshiba laptop but when I try to use it with my desktop computer I cannot get the phone to sync properly. I am using a Logitech MX900 bluetooth hub, I think it's fairly old though and using either Bluetooth v1 or 1.1 or something like that. I believe it uses the WIDCOMM Bluetooth stack.

1. Com 4 already exists under Client Application as Bluetooth Serial Port and uses secure connection in my Bluetooth places.
2. I connect to the K810i with as a serial port.
3. I open My Phone Explorer and select connect.
4. "Phone Cannot be Identified"

The strange thing is sometimes it works but eventually when I try syncing a few things it'll show the error "Phone Cannot be Identified" again and the serial connection is disconnected.

I have a feeling this might be because I use a Bluetooth mouse with my MX900 hub at the same time, could this be what's causing it?
